For Celebration Anaheim 2022 I was provided a media badge from Lucasfilm to cover the event, and over the days of the convention I provided real-time updates on my Instagram story as well as created posts highlighting major announcements. In addition to my work on Instagram, I wanted to create something unique to show my appreciation to not only Lucasfilm for this opportunity, but to my audience who made this possible.
Covering Celebration was a great learning experience and I hope to bring more event coverage in the future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you and may the Force be with you.

The Mandalorian Season 3
Jon and Dave presented a short teaser of what's to come for Season 3, and it was later revealed that the season would be released in 2023.
Bo-Katan is back and is taking names in the teaser revealed to everyone in attendance. During the Mando+ panel on Saturday, Carl Weathers delivered the news that Season 3 would hit Disney+ in February 2023 and an extended teaser with all new footage was shown, revealing more key plot points for the forthcoming season.
Andor
After viewing exclusive previews and hearing more about the show, Andor became one of the highly anticipated Star Wars shows among those in the audience.
During the panel it was revealed there would be a total of 24 episodes divided into two parts with 12 episodes each. Part one, expected to have its two episode premiere on August 31, is set five years before Rogue One to discover the origins of Cassian Andor and how he joined the Rebellion. Part two is slated to release next year and covers the next four years while leading right into the opening of Rogue One.
In addition to updates on known forthcoming shows such as Ahsoka and The Mandalorian, two new Star Wars projects were announced and are expected to release sometime in 2023: Skeleton Crew and Young Jedi Adventures.
Skeleton Crew
Taking place during the same timeframe as The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett, Watts explains that Skeleton Crew is about “a group of kids who are about ten years old who get lost in the Star Wars universe" and further expresses that despite casting four kids as main characters it is not a kids show.
Live Concert with John Williams
Everyone in the main Celebration stage room was the first to hear the Kenobi theme performed live by the maestro himself. In addition to the Kenobi theme, the panel opened with a live choir performing Duel of the Fates, and Williams continued to conduct other iconic tunes from the faraway galaxy, including the Imperial March.

Team-based multiplayer set after Return of the Jedi around the time of The Mandalorian on the planet Vespaara
There are different battlefields to enjoy but for the preview I got the Ewok Village. While playing I drew similarities to Call of Duty's multiplayer and Fortnite's team rumble.
Multiple characters to choose from to build your team
This selection process is reminiscent to that of Apex Legends, and each character belongs to different class types with unique abilities that players can master and upgrade.

All of the shorts originally came from stories Dave wrote while he was on the plane traveling between filming and are described as tone poems that draw inspiration from Hayao Miyazaki's slow pace and rich-in-detail storytelling.
With 3 shorts each, these tales highlight important aspects of Ahsoka and Dooku's lives that is paramount to understanding
their journey.
The first short, Life and Death, was originally going to be the story of Plo discovering Ahsoka and bringing her back to the temple; however, Dave wanted to highlight the importance of mothers and show that Ahsoka's first experience with someone telling her not to be afraid is her mom.

The Cast
Their characters' development over the first season opened many doors and they are looking forward to seeing the story unfold.
Reflecting on Season 1
The idea for the Bad Batch and creating a series revolving around this group of clones originated from George Lucas while he was creating The Clone Wars, and the animation team decided to carry out this idea.
A Long Road Ahead
Months have passed since the end of Season 1 and it is known that there is a long journey ahead for our main characters, hopefully answering everyone's looming question: can, or will, Crosshair be redeemed. Season 2 of The Bad Batch consists of 16 episodes and will release in 2023.
